Recently, one of my bags - the one packed with all my cords and adapters - went missing. This included the ridiculously overpriced 120w adapter for my $2500 Wacom Pro 24... which, by the way, Wacom doesn’t seem to sell directly.

I tried buying TWO replacements from other sellers, but both were useless (neither had the special Wacom connector) until I found MacHollywood. They claimed to have OEM adapters for my model. Not expecting much, I placed another order and asked in the comments to please confirm if this was the right adapter for the DTK2420/K.

Instead, Patrick L. reached out via email AND phone to assure me it was indeed the correct one, and that it would be shipped in just 5 minutes. And wouldn’t you know it, my Shop app pinged me 4:30 later with news of an incoming delivery!

Look, I don’t usually push people on what they “need” to do. Your life, your choices. But I will say, if you’re in the market for any Wacom or Apple accessories, especially after your initial purchase? You’d be making a big mistake if you don’t check these guys out first. I used to work for APPLE, and now these guys are on my go-to list before I make any buying decisions.

Had a great time shopping at MacHollywood. I'd recommend shelling out a bit more for UPS delivery. They went with FedEx, and my package got lost at first, missing the delivery date without any word. I'd surely buy from them again, but I'd opt for the pricier shipping to dodge any headaches.
